Aboutعن المشروع

Shaped with the people it serves.

Recent versions of macOS no longer support FireWire, leaving capable studio hardware tied to older machines. The bridge is designed to speak USB audio to the Mac and FireWire to the interface, and to power the interface over the cable.

Now in design: the parts are chosen and every pin is mapped, with the schematic next. Playback comes first, and recording follows in a later revision.

The full story of how it’s being shaped, and with whom, is on its way.
